For over 100 years, our family has shared moments of taste and happiness with friends and customers who cross our threshold.
In 1922, the year the Cacciani Restaurant was founded, grandfather Leopoldo and grandmother Giannina celebrated the beginning of this adventure by uncorking the first bottle of Frascati. It was the Italy of the Kingdom, the year in which Mussolini became Head of Government, the tomb of Tutankhamun was discovered and great figures such as Tognazzi and Gassman were born, who would later frequent our restaurant.
Masterfully guided by the children of Leopoldo and Giannina, Tommaso and Armando, together with their wives Adriana and Dina, the Cacciani Restaurant experienced a season of growth and splendor, accompanying Italy in the post-war fervor.
Today, with Leopoldo, Caterina and Paolo, the third generation continues to carry on this family tradition, celebrating 100 years of excellence, flavour and hospitality.

Cacio e Pepe di Cacciani is an icon of simplicity and excellence, a dish that celebrates Roman tradition with the unmistakable touch of our cuisine. Prepared with selected ingredients, it is born from the perfect balance between the creaminess of Pecorino Romano DOP and the intense character of black pepper, enhanced by a skillful stirring that envelops the pasta in a velvety consistency.
